Weights- 15 minutes abs
When I was eating a big delicious salad today, my 2 year old daughter said, "Can I have some in a bowl, just like you?"
And that is exactly why I am doing this.

ReplyDeleteMy cousins will actually ask for carrots and celery over crackers and cookies... I thought it was CRAZY when I saw it... but kids can be taught to make the right choices...
